All Cubs/Scouts/Explorers are expected to have smart full uniform. The sections
below explains the details of the uniform.
In addition to uniform, we like all members of the Scout Group to have a group t-shirt.
These are available from the group only.
Dress should be appropriate for the activity. The programme will state what form
of dress is appropriate.
Full uniform
- Navy blue Scout activity trousers or black type school trousers / skirt - NO JEANS
- Teal Green Scout shirt.
- Group neckerchief and woggle (replacements £3 and 50p)
- Clean trainers
Top half
As above but suitable old trousers.
No Uniform
No uniform, however shorts are not normally appropriate as leg protection will be
needed.
Group T–Shirt
The Group T-Shrit will be issued in the summer term, if you don’t have one it will
be issued then, if the one you have lost yours a replacement is £5, if your is to
small bring it back and it will be exchanged for a larger one.
There are two ways in which you can purchase items of uniform:
Sevenoaks District Scout Shop - Seal
The Scout shop is now open in Seal every week on Saturday mornings during term time.
(except Bank Holiday weekends)
Day: Saturday
Time: 10.00 am to 12.00 pm (Noon)
Place: District Scout HQ - Jubilee Rise, just off School Lane, Seal.
Online Scout Uniform and other scouting items can also be bought online from Outdoors
UK. www.scouting.outdoors.ltd.uk.
Some John Lewis branches also sell uniform and some school uniform type shops may
also sell uniform.

Has your child finish Cubs, Scouts or Explorers? Please consider donating their

they can enjoy Scouting too.
